The Woodward offers you an opportunity to celebrate your special event in a space with beautiful contemporary flair.  With 200 feet of windows encircling the room, you and your guests have a magnificent view of the downtown area and local attractions like the College Football Hall of Fame.

Caterers

Our in-house catering is provided by Zazou's.  The Woodward allows you the opportunity to choose outside caterers or those from our preferred list.  The Woodward Staff and the caterer will work together to coordinate the food for your event.

Event Planning

Your time is valuable and The Woodward staff will make it easy for you to plan and prepare for your event.  We have a preferred list of DJ's, florists, photographers, videographers, bridal and tux shops who work with The Woodward.  Our services are free of charge.

Accommodations

Downtown accommodations for your out of town guests are as close as one block away.  Prefer to stay elsewhere in the city?  The Woodward's central location makes getting to any of the areas hotels a short drive.

Parking

Ample parking is available at and around our facility.  In addition to our own private lot we are next door to a secured parking garage.  Surface lots and street parking is also available.

Facilities

Ready to accommodate parties from 25 to 400 people, our large, open banquet room offers a beautiful 25'x22' hardwood dance floor in the center of our room.  Our spacious bar and foyer is the perfect place for your guests to socialize and relax.  Elevators and restrooms are conveniently located right outside the banquet room's entrance.
